By submitting this membership inquiry form, I hereby certify that I am familiar with the definition of "accredited investor" as defined in Rule 501 of Regulation D issued pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and that I meet the criteria to qualify as an accredited investor or qualified individual in one or more of the categories listed below:
An individual or entity qualifies as an "accredited investor" if they meet any of the following:

An individual with income exceeding $200,000 in each of the two most recent years, or joint income with a spouse or spousal equivalent exceeding $300,000 for those years, with a reasonable expectation of the same income level in the current year

An individual with a net worth over $1 million, either individually or jointly with a spouse or spousal equivalent (excluding the value of the primary residence)
